HaPpY HaLLOWeEn!

Mason was a turtle and I was fatigued. We didn't do much Trick or Treating but Mason was so excited every time he got candy. He'd look at me with an expression that said "Mom! Did you see that? It worked again!"

The way he says Trick or Treat and Happy Halloween is just darling. He also loved putting candy in the kids' bags that came to our door.

Halloween is "tricky" indeed. First he woke up from his nap determined not only to not wear his costume but to not wear any clothes at all. Today he thinks he gets more candy and wants to go trick or treating again. Every time he asks for candy I try giving him a blackberry. He's not amused.
